Gunjai
Dhokla
2 cups of besan
1.5 cup water
1 spoon oil
1 spoon sugar
2 lems
eno
and tarka – of rai, mirchi.
Khamand
1 spoon chana daal
1 cup rice
soak in sour curd overnight, mix in grinder – add soda, haldi, salt, sugar, cumin, garlic, ginger, mix and put , steam ,
rai and chillis , til , kari pata, tarka.
Khandvi : like dhokla
Puran Poli
channa dal, boil and mix, add sugar, fry in karai, and put in roti.
Shri Khand: Put curd in hanging and let water go away and remaining part mix with sugar.
Modak: sujhi ka halwa in milk, mix coconut in that, khoya also. put this mixture in maida and fry.
Pyaz ki Kachori: cut onion finely, ginger , chillies, salt, dhaniya hara, , lemon, ajwayana, mix – 1 kg maida, 1 kg moyen (oil) neither too hot nor too cold and mix it well. Then fry it.
