JRLY Receives the Jolt message through one port—the LISTEN port—and connects to the JRAD using another port—the CONNECT port. JRLY is sometimes referred to as a “Front-End Relay”.

JRAD listens for JRLY messages on its LISTENER port and transfers the message to the JSL or JSH. JRAD is sometimes referred to as a “Back-End Relay”.

Port on Web Client: 9000 (May not be the JSL port)
Port 9000 reflects the JRLY Listener.

If JRAD/JRLY not existing then direct connection to JSL exist.

  • The JRLY Listener must match the port number specified in the HTML.

  • JRLY Connect must match the JRAD Listener.

  • JRAD Connect is set automatically by Web Client to connect to the JSL.
