MANCHURIAN

With chomein – add Cabbage, capsicum, spring onion, carrot, garlic , ginger, green chillies

For veg ball: Cauliflower heards, tomato, spring onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, kaddu mashed, baby corn, mushroom – mix with sujhi and cauliflower powder and then fry.

For final : add cauliflower powder + soya sauce + tomato sauce + vinegar and mix all – after the above two are cooked.

PAO BHAJI

Cabbage, Cauliflower, Bottle gourd  (loki),  potato  – all to be boiled first and slice to small pieces

Capsicum, Matar, Onion, tomato, ginger, garlic

In oil make masala:

jira, capsicum, tomato, matar, pyas and steam cook. paobhaji masala , dhania powder, chilli, water salt.

To garnish

Lemon, dhaniya, chopped raddish. onion.

 

DHOKLA

2 TBSP Basen, 11/2 water, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp citric acid, 2 big lemon, 1 tbsp sugar, salt, little haldi,eno – all mix – add water, mix and heat.

Garnish: white  til, karipaata, rai, harimirch,
