Masala Colocacia (Arbi)

Slit arbi – First fry the arbi – in medium heat –

Store in a closed container – and let it soften

Make the masala – coriander powder, fennel powder, fenugreek powder, salt, chilli powder, garam masala

Fill masala in the slits.

Make gravy – onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Mix arbi in this. Heat for 5 mins.



Boil without peeling. Then peel and put salt, chilly powder. And coat with plain flour.

Then fry – Snacks are ready…


Thesa – (Gujrati chutney)

Heat without oil – in a container – green chillies – garlic, and peanuts.

Grind and serve.
