First comes the vision – vision is where you want to be after some time
(To exceed quality expected by customer for our service)

Mission is how that would come into existence
(To increase shareholders value)

Then comes strategy – which is driven by 4 things: customer, process (operations management), finance, training and learning.

Then comes strategy mapping – map what each individual does to the organization’s goal.
Organization development is related to:
Improving communication flows, making work place effective, increasing productivity. thus increasing profitability of the company.
