Pao Bhaji:  Slice tomato and onions and also ginger garlic. Put good amt of oil and then pao bhaji masala and then mix. Once done add mashed veggies.Boil all vegetables: just one whistle and then mash them : carrot, cauliflower, capsicum, peas,

Add water with veggies – water should not be too much, then boil and let the water fly away.

 

Boil and peel arbhi – and then heat onion and then tomato. Add ginger. Then bit of methi and hing. Then first make masala good and then roll with arbhi and let it heat.
