Gunjai

This dish is made out of maida (finely milled flour).

knead maida to a tightness – with half a bowl of oil and hot water. Then roll small sized puri like rotis out of it and then put the mixture in it and fry.

The mixture is made out of khoya , grinded sugar, lots of kishmish (raisin) , almond and grinded coconut. ilaichi (cardamom).

Its a lovely dish. 🙂
