Khana khanzana

Chilli chicken tomato pulao

Ginger,green chillies, laung, jeera, illaichi, dal chini, put oil and put in mixi.

Marinate chicken with this mixture. Then mix tomatoe puri with rice and done.

Besanwali bhindi

Kalaunji, small sized onion and besan in oil – heat for a while.

Bhindi – put all masala’s (Bhuna jeera, Saunf ++ )  – including amchur etc and fill and extra put – put in oil and heat.

Vegetable pulao

bay leaf,cloves,cardomom,cinammom,onions,pepper corns,chopped green chillies,chopped dhaniya  pudina, carrots, peas, saffron
